Stuart Pace is founder of Human Capital Recruiters. He has 30 years of Banking and Recruiting experience. He has been placing candidates within the banking industry at all levels, focusing on Executive and Senior Management Positions . Prior to recruiting, Stuart held various positions at Interchange Bank, National Community Bank, Bank of New York and the Dime.

Stuart is President of the Fair Lawn Fastpitch Club and secretary of the Fair Lawn High School Parents for Athletics committee. He is also a Board member of St. Anne Stages theatre group.

Ray Williams, Partner

Ray Williams has been a Recruiting and Executive Search Specialist since 1986, concentrating on placing banking professionals including Presidents, COO's, CFO's, Team Leaders, Branch Managers, Commercial Loan Officers and SBA Loan Specialists and other key business executives in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Williams has his MBA from Monmouth University, BS in Finance from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and an AA degree from Atlantic Cape Community College. . Ray is a US Navy Veteran who served on the USS Sierra during the Vietnam conflict. Williams resides in Galloway Township with his wife Maria and two daughters. He is currently Grand Knight of the Villa Marie Council 6342, Knights of Columbus of Absecon and Galloway. Ray is on the Board of The South Jersey Field of Dreams and the Richard Stockton Alumni Association.
